In order to process the request you make to us to provide a contact, service, or supply goods. We use the information to support our customer’s requests and complete contracted agreements.

The analytics tracking information allows us to better understand how people use our website. This allows us to make better decisions about design and writing.

By offering the information you give your consent to allow us to use the data for legitimate activities of supporting our customers with initial information and subsequent orders of first aid, booking training courses, or engaging in consultancy activities along with dealing with all other enquiries.

We will process your information to reasonably administrate your order, booking and any post course requirements such as certification and recertification at timely periods.

We may also contact you using your information to request such things as testimonials which will feature your name, job title and company name should you wish to participate with this feature.

When visiting our website, we use marketing analytics products and providers to measure the effectiveness of our website. We will not retain your information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Different retention period apply for different types of information.

If you made an enquiry with us that did not result in us working together, any personal information will be deleted after 12 months. The longest time we will hold any personal information will be 6 years if you have completed qualifications with us.

We may hold information of courses or qualifications you have obtained from us longer to enable verification of attendance if necessary. You have the right to withdraw consent of our use of your information at any time.

To make certain services available to you, we may need to share your personal information with some of our service providers. These include for example, book keeping services, IT, deliveries, selected training partners, and providers of qualifications such as awarding bodies for the purpose of certification.

We only allow limited access to your information. Only our service providers can only use the information we provide them with for the issue of awards and in the legitimate course of the delivery of services.

Aside from our service providers, we will not disclose your personal information to any third party, except as set out below. We will never sell or rent our customer information to other organisations for marketing purposes.

  • Your employer, where it has sponsored the training or qualification services that we have provided

    • For the protection of our employees and customers.
