Speedy access to defibrillation increases the chances of survival significantly. Without this access survival rates decrease up to 10% per minute. With these skills and knowledge, you really could be the difference.
Designed to build confidence, and embed skills quickly, this course will show delegates how to increase the rate of survival using CPR, the basic life support skills and use of an AED, known also as a defibrillator. Effective from day one should the need arise.
Teaching delegates about:
- Incident Management
- All about the equipment – understanding what it is and how it works
- Demonstrations
- Practical Workshop – CPR and AED use
- This is a 4 hour course.
- There is no final exam however, throughout the day each delegate is assessed individually to ensure they each comply with the competency levels required to pass this course.
Cost: £95 per delegate.
Includes a reference manual for you to keep.
